Omerta: Chinmoku No Okite (wont start)

So i download it fine and extracted the files but when i click on the desktop icon it comes up with this:

Anyone have the same problem or have any idea how to get passed it? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

That page that loads is actually the game asking for the serial code to verify the game is an officially bought product.

If you haven't officially bought Omerta and have a serial code, then check to make sure you also have the crack.

I haven't installed this game myself, yet, so I'm note entirely sure. But I figured I would let you know what that page was.
