Togainu no chi game crash/stuck [PLEASE HELP]

I looked for a long time through the whole Forum and tried mutiple things but nothing helped.

So my problem is that my game is stuck at this part New canvas.jpg
I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and I installed the Japanese font pack.
Also i set my Laptop to Japanese too. I just can't find out the problem, I tried to re-install that game mutiple times but nothing worked.
I also have a other Laptop where i have windows 8 and i get stuck at this part aswell. I just want to play this game sweet jesus.
Can someone help me please?? PLEASE. Oh i would be so happy.


What I tried to do:
re-install it
run as admin
language setting

If you can, try upgrading to Windows 7 Ultimate. I had Win 7 Home Premium(also my laptop is 64 bit) and I was having problems getting my games to run properly, TnC and DMMd. And now both are running smoothly

Okay, I just updated to windows 7 Ultimate and tried it out again, but i got still stuck at the exact point.
Man i just really want to play the game i really don't know what's the matter.. I think i tried everything out.

When you installed the Ultimate, did you also installed the Japanese Language Pack? It's and update that you can install by going into Windows Update. Also, with this, you don't need the Japanese font pack. So, I suggest:

1.Uninstall Japanese font pack and the game
2.Delete everything on your temp file(it might not make sense but do it anyway)
3.Restart computer
4.Install the Japanese Language Pack
5.Change the language on system locale
8.Restart the computer
9.Disable or turn off your anti-virus program
10.Install the game
