Shiritsu Taisei Gakuen -AGTH codes not working

Hey guys!
I tried using the codes that are listed on the BLGame AGTH compatibilty Thread, but it's not working. I get a spam of the same dialogue repeating several times. (more like 15+ times.. hard to say since my screen will just be spammed until I click it to stop)

After no success with AGTH, I tried running it through ITH - with no success.
(and yes, I installed the patch and tried running everything in ADMIN, as well as compatibility modes WinXp, etc)

[SWALLOWTAIL] Shiritsu Taisei Gakuen Monogatari: First, run this patch. Add the /kf parameter. The /w41318B parameter may be added to select the text thread.

If anyone has some suggestions on how they got this working, I will bow down and lick your shoes! haha
Trying google searches hasn't helped at all. Not sure why those codes aren't working for me I see the 41318b in the thread
