Hadaka Shitsuji Load Screen problem

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED! I had to get another product key for my OS because mine was acting strange, so that must have erased all of my saves? I tried playing the game (still gives me the option of skipping the prologue), did a quick save, then tried to load again...and my load screen came back! But I'm still getting the same issue as before. Apparently I can only load in-game now...

I was previously able to play and save on this game. Now when I go to the load option, all that comes up is a black screen even though the music still plays! Even if I go to the load option in-game, it freezes. The CGs that I unlocked in the gallery are all there and the game still runs and gives me the title screen. Locale already changed to Japanese and I am the Administrator for the computer (I'm the only user). Should I reinstall again? I just don't want to lose everything I've already unlocked!

I have other BL games installed on my computer and they all work perfectly except for this one...
