DMMD not installing?

I opened the iso file with daemon tools, and after clicking the setup, a window with "Install" shows up, I click it but nothing happens. I tried restarting my computer but still nothing happens. How can I fix it?

What is your OS, language configuration, system specs? Do you have admin rights? Is there a process for the install program in the task manager? Have you tried running it under compatibility mode?

I've heard that the can't install problem happens with some Japanese players with Windows 8, but was unable to reproduce the issue on my own system. Might be able to help if I know what the environment is.

Thanks for answering. The language is set for Japanese just like the tutorial said, I tried running it with admin rights but nothing happened either, I'l try checking if the program is in the task manager and running under compatibility mode
