I'm getting this error with multiple games - the one in the image is Okinawa Slave Island. I'm not sure what it is.

It seems to be an error only involving games that don't require an install. The ones with an install or require a mounted disk work fine for me.

I've tried running normal under Windows 7 as well as in XP compatibility mode. My system locale and language is set to Japanese, though I've also tried running in English with the localeAPP. I've also tried looking through a lot of old posts for this error, but can't seem to find someone who had a similar problem.

Anyone have any thoughts? It would be greatly appreciated.
