Togainu No Chi: problem with the game!

Hello.
I don't find problem similar to mine, so please help me. I installed 6 parts of TnC, then I do everything it was written: here and yes, my game is working, but only a few moments. :c This blonde guy who tell me that my cd is probably not original(?) is appearing every time I starting TnC, but still my game is working and I see menu, etc. A few moments later, when is that scene: tnc.jpg a game is broken - only black window with music. I don't know what to do now..
And sorry for my bad english, I'm still learning n_n;
Ah, I have a Windows XP.

If i recall right, isn't that right before the opening movie?
If so your probably missing a codec. Install the K-Lite codec pack and it should fix it.
