[SOLVED] Data Transfer to other pc

Hey guys.
I've just finish playing Togainu and I want to transfer my saved files to another pc.
Is there a way to do this without playing the game all over again? Do I need to copy something?

I've played it on windows 7 ultimate and wanna transfer it to vista.

Locating the save files and copy pasting them to the other pc would work. I never play these games so I am not sure where the savefiles are so you could try the obvious My Documents place to see if there's anything there (My Games is also a possibility) or the game folder itself.

I tried copying from NitroplusCHIRAL folder but it doesn't seem to work.

And I don't know where the other folder is cause vista seems to be different.

Edit: Damn. I think I must go to the setup then uninstall it and select to keep saved files then install it to my vista. *-*
I'll do it when I get my laptop back from my sis if I'm correct.

Update: I was wrong xd. You're right Karuma. I just need to copy the files from the directory folder haha.
