need help,having trouble Patching Shounentachi no Byoutou Full Voice Version

hi, um.. right,
well i downloaded Shounentachi no Byoutou Full Voice Version installed it then i'm getting that asking for key problem tried the F1+ctrl thing it would just ask for a cd, so i figured oh! must be i need to do the patch first, only thing is i cant figure out how to. i tried looking around to see if anyone had info on it but couldnt find anything just more confusion :/
right... so more deet's on the patch, i got the the patch from

now once i downloaded it, it cames as a .rar if i extract it it has 3 things in it
-activation.txt text document
-forcekey.ini configuration settings
-sbfvpa101 application (the icon looks like a microwave )

anyway basicaly im at my wits end and i dont get what i'm meant to do
so if someone could pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease give me a step by step, i would really apprciate it
