    Miracle No-Ton and AGTH/ITH

I've installed and patched Miracle No-ton successfully, but the only problem is it doesn't play well with AGTH/ITH. Even with so-called "H-code", the text on the text hooker just split into many lines and there are many missing characters. Some users said this can be remedied with setting the text display speed, but I don't know where the setting is ^^;;. So, anyone here played Miracle No-ton and can help me?

PS: I'm on Windows 8 RTM, if that helps. I've also tried compatibility mode and downgrading to XP without luck.

Also, for AGTH, only the first part of the text before a comma or space in each line is captured. I've already added the /HS@485C83 /w12FC66 parameters and I don't know what went wrong.

    Can someone please help?

I can help if you post a screenshot of the settings menu.

Sometimes the easiest solution is to just test each of the menu settings that have a slide-bar on them (like what they use for volume) usually sliding one right to the end means the text speed will be at max (just try sliding one, then going back to the game and see if the text is faster. If not, go back and change that setting back, then try it with the next slide bar).

Works for me anyway, but otherwise - like i said - just post a screenie.

Uhm this is sorta lame but I kinda fixed the problem by manually setting the parameters. (the problem wasn't with text speed since it was already set at max)

    • Make a shortcut of the agth.exe, not the noton.exe.
    • Place this shortcut inside your game folder.
    • Right-click your AGTH shortcut and at the end of the Target line add /c /HS@482EEB /w12FC66 /pn"Noton.exe"
    • Launch Miracle No-Ton.
    • After the game is running, then launch your AGTH shortcut.
    • Select the UserHookA thread.

This method somehow fix the problem with the broken likes and please don't forget to add in the /c to make the texts copy over. I'm not sure why but ITH still doesn't work (but I have AGTH so that's okay)

ITH & AGTH both have their strengths & weaknesses - ITH has always been talked about as if it's miles ahead of AGTH since it was released; but I've found quite a few games it refused to hook properly no matter what parameters I used, where the only solution was to go back to AGTH (which usually ended up working). Goes to show that more hyped programs aren't always necessarily an improvement on the old.

In any case, I'm glad you figured out the issue!
