[Solved] Togainu no Chi Voices

Hi there,
I started playing Togainu no Chi couple days ago and downloaded the newest patch here in the forum, the game runs perfectly, except that i can't hear some voices of certain characters like the executioners, arbitro or takeru and some more. Maybe I have to change something in the settings, but I can't read japanese ^^ I ticked everything in the settings, but i still can't hear the voices and i think that every character is voiced since i saw some videos where you could hear the voices.
My OS is windows 7, pls i need help oh and btw, i love this game

maaannn.... i'm soooooo stupid
i forgot to change my system to japanese...
so i just re-installed the game and did exactly the same things like before, using the patch etc...
and now it works i can hear all the voices

lksajdglkjdlskdg. This is really starting to piss me off -- I can have the game running perfectly - just without the voices when my Computer's locale is United States, but the game won't even open when it's switched to Japanese, let alone me being able to hear the voices! I mount the image, and the picture with Akira comes on, with Start Game, Direct X install or something, and then Uninstall. When I press to start the game....it disappears!
