Sweet Pool error message?

Hello, I posted this question over at Commonly Asked Questions- but since this is also somewhat codec related, I think- Im reposting the question here. I'm very sorry for the trouble, please feel free to delete if Im in the wrong section.

I've downloaded Sweet Pool and these are the things I HAVE done/tried.

1. I've changed my computer settings to Japanese. This works fine.
2. I've downloaded the game and installed it. This works fine too.
3. I've downloaded a No-CD crack and copied it into C/Program Files/NitroPluscChiral/Sweet Pool to overwrite the .exe
4. I've even downloaded a Sweet Pool Update Patch, and ran the application through. Seems to work fine.
5. I've checked my DirectX 9.0 and Direct3D applications. All are there, and enabled.

The Files I have after extracting the RAR file are here.

I've checked all the folders, and I don't see an .ISO or image files which I need to mount.

THE PROBLEM
When I try to run the game, I see this.


Can anyone tell me where I went wrong? Or translate the error message for me? I've went through the threads and read all the guides but I couldn't find anything on this issue. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Im using a DirectX 9.0c.
My Direct3D application also seems to work fine- I've checked it.

have you replaced the "sweet pool .exe" in the file with the exe that came with the download?
