Kichiku Megane Subtitles

Ok, so I've done my best to understand all the ways in installing the game and it worked! (Thanks to the help threads here.^^)
And, I was able to play the game, but NO SUBTITLES, so I don't understand almost all dialogues..><
There is a .SUB file in my RAR file so I think there should be subtitles to the game somehow, is there something that I forgot to do during installation that the subtitles didn't appear in the game?

No, there aren't subtitles~ that's just a type of file
