#7 actually made me laugh out loud. So I chose it. The internal monologue of "I Still Look Good" in conjunction with the old man's expression...priceless!

(#3 was a close second. The image, in addition to the background, which contains a couple of lines of lyric from NIN's "Hurt" is quite profound.)
