Yeah, I think that may be part of it. Perhaps a direct link to this thread could go on the main page in the announcements section? If nothing else, keeping this bumped would help.

I'll probably donate more in the future, too, but I've promised sponsorship for some cards and contest prizes & want to be sure I have enough points keep my word.
