Gallery Software Updated [9/28/08]

This software update was mainly to fix a few annoying bugs. The only other change is that images bigger than 600x600 will trigger the "lightbox" (flash) image viewing similar to what the forum uses. For really BIG pictures, it will be how it's always been, a pop-up.

, I like a lot the new clean way which we can see comments made by us and by others to us photos. Finally I was able to manage my buddy list: the remove option now works. The messages and avatars were disabled right?
To fav an image now you've to use the pulldown menu at the top right of the page.
It's possible to add the upload date of the image somewhere?

Ah, I wanna ask something. Before this update, when I used the option to unable people to rate on my pictures, it didn't work. Is this fixed? or this detail passed unnoticed? XD

Um I didn't know this was a previous problem. Anyone still having this problem?

ALSO, if you cannot find where to add a photo to your favorites, please check out screenshot #1. If you uploaded a photo, you can also edit it by going to the same drop down menu, as shown in screenshot #2. Thanks

I've never unabled the rate option, I don't know if I should have the same problem.
I've seen that now there is the "list subscriptions" option. What are submissions? Maybe I can subscribe to a particular gallery and get notified when someone uploads new pics? How can I do that? Thank you

Is it just me and my connection? Sometimes the gallery shows this in the pages.

It only happens in the gallery (the forum never looked like that) after the maintenance... Sometimes it looked back normal after I refreshed several times, but then it returned

What message system? I know you can post comments, but not sure of the messaging system you're talking about.

I think kaiJon means the messages you received when someone commented or faved your pictures. They used to be displayed right beside your pictures and favorites.

There was also a message system like the PMs here. On every user page there was the "Send message" option.

EDIT: the comments that other members do on your pics can be viewed by clicking on "comments" in your profile page. It shows comments you've made and others made to you.
