At the top right of the page, under the banner and the links, it should have a little section where it says 'Welcome, Virgil' and underneath that it says 'my mood:'.
All you need to do is click on that big blank spot next to 'my mood' and you should get a drop down menu of all the different moods. Just click on one to choose it ^^

I've been trying to figure out what other limitations there are to uploading a profile picture apart from the 200 x 200 pixel and/or 64 KB condition. I've tried uploading BMP, GIF and JPG images which fit the prior conditions, but none are able to be uploaded. As such, are there only certain file types that are allowed to be uploaded as a profile picture?

I'm having the same problem, and for now I'm sure uploading is just a glitch of the new forum functions. I can't upload a profile picture nor can I add anything to my album. Although there seems to be two newer pictures in my album queqe that aren't even mineXD I'm sure it'll all get worked out eventually :3

You more than likely have to patient. The forum is up to the basic things at the moment, and there still have to be bugs fixed while its slowly being restored to its full capabilities.

We'll probably be a little disoriented when it comes to actually customizing our profile when we can actually do that, but for now we'll have to look and not edit as of yet.
