Deletion of Empty Galleries on "Pic Gallery" section

It really bothers me when someone posts a request gallery yet when they finally get the gallery, they won't post anything at all. It annoys me to see these empty galleries.
Like this:
Sousei no Aquarion - Aarinfantasy Gallery
Karas - Aarinfantasy Gallery
Little Busters! - Aarinfantasy Gallery

Also, the rule "Pictures over 850 days will be automatically deleted by the forum system (to clear some space and make way for new ones)." really worries me. I mean, think about some of the inactive galleries (like Yakitate Japan, S-CRY-ED). They have BL good pictures, but if those pictures gets deleted after 3 years, then all the effort.. gone But 3 years is still a long time to go, so I guess I shouldn't worry too much about this.

Also, what up with the {ppcode} in the comment section in the Pic Gallery? Bug alert!

I wonder why they where requested to begin with. They don't seem very popular. :s

I know right? That's why I strongly support this idea in order to show the users who wants to request a gallery that if they want the gallery, they'll have to prove that they have enough pictures to contribute to that gallery. They can't just rely on other users to post to that gallery. If they want the gallery, they shouldn't request for it halfheartedly. We should keep the gallery in high standard and with credibility.
