Thanks for doing your best I was wondering though if there is a way to have something bigger, more noticeable stating that the interest is down? We are still getting people reporting it as a bug and not reading the threads about this. It's getting annoying

Dai's testing on something to earn points automatically (looks like something already started), we will make an announcement on it which will also address the interest system issue.

I was wondering if the interest system will be the same as it was before, when it returns. The cap is 50 million, will the interest then be transferred automatically from points to savings?

mocca - The way it worked with the cap, before the forum upgrade, was that if your savings had reached 50m, your interest would be put in your checking. I really have no idea if this is how it will work in the future, though. ^^; It will all be explained once interest is implemented again, so please just be patient and wait for the news.
