chat box doesn't load?

No chat box appears when I click "chat" link from top menu

Hi

I'm sorry if this is already posted, I was trying to access chat today and No chat box appears when I click "chat" link from top menu. Anyone know what is up with it? I'm using google chrome Version 50.0.2661.94

Do you still have the problem?
Few hours later you posted it, I can't see any problem on my side (using Chrome on Win8) and there is some activity in the chat

Thank you, your post prompted me to go and check all the various pages in user control panel, it just occured to me if it's working for you and I am not running any add ons that could disable it, then problem must be on my profile itself. It seems in the "shoutbox settings" the "shoutbox disabled" was ticked for some reason, I am not sure if "shoutbox" is the same as the chat now since earlier they were different, but unticking it seems to have resolved the issue. This can be closed now. :)
