I'm not sure if this is just me but whenever I change my font on my Profile page, it won't stay. Whenever I refresh the page after saving, it defaults to something like Times New Roman when I'd saved it to Geneva or any other font.

I could be some setting I have or a bug. Any suggestions?

I just tried it out and it did the same thing to me. There is an issue with the forum right now so it may be linked. I already contacted aarin about the main issue so maybe this will get fixed when that does.

It seems to depend on the browser.

I made a change on my font on Chrome. CHange to Comic Sans MS with large font. After saving and refreshing the page, the profile font displayed is the default one (Times New Roman I think), though the setup is Comic Sans MS/Large...

When, I connected on IE11 Desktop version. When I check my profile, the font is Comic Sans MS/large font...

So, either it depends on the Browser, or perhaps needs to refresh the browsing data/cache first...

I cleared the cache for both firefox and chrome and it didn't help. It also doesn't work when using my phone's browser either. IE has always had issues for me and even with the forum itself (compatibility issues I believe) so that isn't an option for me to use to fix this minor issue or to even test it out with lol. Aarin is going to see if she can figure out why it's doing it now but not sure in the meantime. Maybe a recent forum update could be causing this, who knows. Thanks angerbda though for narrowing it down a bit.

If anyone seeing this uses IE and has had an issue or not, please let us know. Or if it works for anyone using any other browsers.

Oddly, when I first logged in using Firefox, it was the correct font (Geneva). Then when I changed it (Courier New) using FF, it defaulted back to Geneva.

I tried it on Safari and it's default is Times New Roman.

There used to be an issue with font display on Chrome. Not sure if it had been corrected and/or fix released here...

Dai will be able to sort this out I think

I don't know if that fits in this thread, but I'm curious why some members also have the option "extra small" in the fonts and some not...KaichouofKawaii is one of the members who use it...I was kinda envious to those who have this option, because it looks just cuter:hot:
