I can't view a thread in Game Spot forum

Hi, I was browsing the Game Spot (http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/f16/) forum and when trying to view this thread the page won't load and I only see it blank.

I tried with Chrome and FF but the same happened. So far this is the only thread I can't access.

Any ideas about this issue? Is someone else experiencing the same with this or other threads?

I can access this thread and it seems to work fine on my browser.
I use Chrome. On Windows Vista. I hope it works for everyone! :hug: Let me know if I should post more info?

Thx for the feedback. I tried today with other laptop and my phone and is the same o.0 I can't see that thread...

It would be nice if other staff member could give us their input cuz I'm suspecting this is only affecting staff.

I can check using a rent-a-profile account to see if I can see it then. I can maybe also temp. change my contest account to staff status just to see too.

I just tried with my contest account, not with staff status...I can see the thread. Looks like it is only staff O.o how odd...

Well, let's wait and see if a non-staff user is able to reproduce the bug or maybe is having this issue with another thread.

Well I did try it without staff status so no different than a regular member trying it out. I also have the 5 Rent-a-profiles that can be tested too. I'll try those out.

ok so nevermind right now. I can't find the doc with those passwords...I know I had it saved but it is missing somehow... Also I am at my mom's until the 30th and her computer mouse sucks....I want to throw it out the window <_< :sigh:

Hi, I have checked with a non staff account and it worked over there. So it's only staff problem, even my own account has issues with it >< Sometimes it will just go off after a while. Let's see in a few days.
There has been no weird post/links in there so far to cause this problem. I have no idea either. Dai will be back in a few days, so he should be able to take a look at this.

Just additional info. When the blank page is inspected using Firebug, it shows an error:


Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Ok I'll look into this.

fixed. I had to disable viewing of "members who viewed this thread". There were 22,000 something names displayed so it took a lot of memory. Anyhow, this affects all threads so I just turned that off.
