I can't open iShop

I want to move my card (view inventory). It says I don't have access.
I use my aarinfantasy account: "charo" on my computer and my cellphone. I use same username for both computer and cellphone. I log off on cellphone while I am on computer. I log off on computer when I need to use my cellphone.
I log off and clear cookies. I go back to forum. Everthing is fine except I cannot open iShop.

Thank you so much! Actually I feel fool. I should have read announcement forum about update instead of report here as a bug.
I planned to fix cards in iShop. I was puzzled why I can't open it.
I will fix cards later. Thank you for update iShop. :hug:
