VM conversation full of (blinding) colours

A question which I posted in the knowledge based:

Is there such a thing such as a VM conversation customisation? ie. customising the conversation (VMs) between you and the others?

If no, why do others see my VM conversation with these colours?

I see my VM conversations normally, with the theme I'm currently using.

I thought it was connected to the profile colours, so I tried reverting my profile back to default but didn't work.

May I add that I apparently had this problem since last year (approximately Autumn 2011) because one member once mentioned the VM being red but back then I didn't think it was my problem since only 1 told me.

it looks like it is a bug connected to your profile customization, because if i hide your customization, it goes back to normal

That's why I tried reverting my profile back to default, but the red still remained there... In fact, here's a screenshot (http://i.snag.gy/FTZtA.jpg) of my current profile customization. The colours should all be blueish. Before I reverted my profile back to default, they were probably red indeed.

you have the hide customization button on the vm convs (which should not be there), BUT if ppl click it, it will go back to normal (if they don't want to have the blinding red), but it will also hide your profile customs for you too

an admin will have to check out why you have that button there though

Yes that is the reason why I asked if there are vm customisations. Or perhaps in the past there were? I don't remember how it was back in 2010 (when I joined) to be honest, but that must have been when I customised something with that red. Btw I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I saw some (though rare) conversations between others which have that 'Hide user customisation' button, and then their vm conversations has some colours (though not this red :lol:). I don't remember who the users are though.

I have made some changes in your account. The red background color should be gone now for other users viewing your VM conversations.
