Can not send ishop cards to other users

Get a "Sending to non-existing user!" error

I don't know if this is a temporary problem or has been issued before, but when I try to send cards to people, I receive the following error and the card can't be sent:

I ended up with double cards. Thanks for any help and sorry if this problem has been mentioned before.

Having the same issue & am unable to donate cards just now.
I haven't been able to donate any that I tried this past hour or so.
I get the error message that I'm sending to non-existing member.

they definitely are members... I tried to send to ShadowImp, laketica, and Takatsu.

is it a site issue? or just my account?
