View Full Version : Unable to display large images

Hi! I hope that this is the right place to post this message.

For some time I have a problem with the display of images in the Gallery section.
When I want to enlarge an image click on the image and when the system automatically opens a new window I can see it bigger, but when the system opens the pop up on the page, when the images are not very big, the screen turns gray, transparent, and you do not see the larger picture.
I tried three different browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. The problem is with everyone.
At this point I think is a problem of my pc, but I can not figure out how to solve it.

I apologize for my bad English and thank you for your attention.

can you give an example of the images you are trying to open?

Here, when I click it, you open another window with the enlarged image.

Here, when I click it, the screen becomes a shade of gray and transparent. I can see the page, though blurred, but I do not see the larger picture. This is something that happens a few months.
If you can help I use Windows 7. When I used Windows XP I had no problems.
Thank you for your attention.

I can see 1 difference between the 2 images... but I don't know if it has an impact on the issue

(1) for the pic that fails to open, the system seems to try opening the image path

(2) whereas for the pic that opens correctly, the system is looking for a script

In any case, you can still open the pics with a right click > open in new tab/window in the 2 cases... as a workaround

Yes, if I open the image in a new tab I see it enlarged. I had not tried the right click ^ ^
Thank you so much!
