Sig-banner links

So you see I have this picture in my sig and I want it to be clickable. But it doesn't seem to work like it should. What do I have to watch out for?

*remove the asterisks.

Ok what is the code to get my links in my signature to appear as on word. For example when you have a thread you want ppl to click and all that the writer types is click "HERE" a friend gave me:
[*url=link]http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/f164/t66227-permission_seek_sasukexnaruto_shinoxnaruto.html[*/url]
but as you can see it dosen't work, w/o the *.

Without the * or you can type the word you want then highlight it then click the Insert Link button and then add the url

Ok, in your sig you have this pic:
http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/signaturepics/sigpic81114_3.gif

And the link you wanted to put is:
http://gomanga.com/webmanga/index.php?series=aoi

So, the code in your sig should look

[url="http://gomanga.com/webmanga/index.php?series=aoi"][img]http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/signaturepics/sigpic81114_3.gif[/img][/url]

Having done that, it should appear like this:

A few friends ask if I could explain this again, so here is a longer version, sorry if it seems like spam. Just trying to be helpful.

1] See the "blue globe" on the "tool bar"
When you click it a little box opens with>> http://
Erase that http:// so box is clear.

2] Copy and past the link you want in the box "click" OK

3] This "link" will "appear" very long, with a portion between [*URL="http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/f182/"] THIS AREA IN BLUE*THIS IS WHERE YOU TYPE THE TITLE OF YOUR WORK IT WILL APPEAR AS LONG OR SHORT AS YOU LIKE [*/URL]<--
See the example *<--I added that *star to show you what the link looks like. You will not need it once you post a link anywhere. Try it a few times and we can work on it together. If you really get stuck goto a "thread" and quote "Quoting"<<wonderful this about that is you can see all the "code" and what they "should" look like as you "copy" them.

One more thing: A "spoiler code" The [spoiler box] does not work on profiles or in groups. Only in threads:

[*spoiler] YOUR TEXT WOULD GO IN THIS AREA [*/spoiler]

Just like above the * I used the *star to show you what it should look like, you will not need * when you type the code.
