It took me quite a while but I did it. I successfully re-arranged my cards in the exact order I want them to be.

I had to sell all my cards first and tried buying them back in certain orders. I payed close attention how the certain cards would affect the arrangement. Basically I just bought them in order of which card I want the least first, so they would stay in the bottom but when I add the last card, it just re-arrange itself. I figured it out in the end though.
