It's written in the thread title if the manga is complete or not, 1 second to read, that's all^^ Moreover Yavannah includes this detail in the index threads, it's really pretty easy to see which manga is complete and which one is not^^;; I would find it a lot more confusing if there was 2 sections: what about completed Japanese versions but on going scanlated versions, should there also be two sections to separate raws and scanlations? Moreover I think it would be lots of work for the mods, who would spend their time moving threads from one section to another, and change it again when mangaka decide to continue their previous work etc. *headache*
