I am sure that if the safe idea is feasible then Dai-kun will implement it for us.

I just realised that I have 13 cards and since I really want Soubi I might end up getting rid of 8 cards if he and Sanzo don't show up....what I don't like is the randomness of the system.
There is no guarantee of what position the new cards would take.
