Hetalia Gets Licensed, New Contest!

Funimation announced today that they have picked up the license for the first 52 episodes of Hetalia! You can find the press release here.

The Yaoi Review has announced its first of many contests. Looking for talented artists to design my Web banner! Depending on the quality of entries, more than one winner could be chosen. See site for details.

If you haven't already heard, BLU Manga has increased their prices starting January 1st of 2010. See TokyoPop's response about it here.

Yaoi Prose, a division of Yaoi Press, is offering part one of their new title Incubus Master for free! I've read it and it's a hot read!

I'm happy that hetalia got licensed!!! It's funimation so it probably will be dubbed. I can't wait to see who the voice cast is. Everyone show your support and buy the dvds when they are released and maybe funimation will license more!!! smilies/grin.gif

Not English, nor American. So I rather not support any sort of English dub. I usually buy the ones I like anyways, if they have subtitles. The dubbing is waste of time tho.

You wouldn't want a movie with real actors being dubbed right?, well that's how I look at it. Plus, as you may guess English isn't my first language. I just don't feel that there's any need, at all. The Japanese voice actors are doing a great, serious work. I love it. I do not think the English voice actors are as good as they could be. Again, being Swedish everything comes with subtitles here and I don't mind. I'm used to it and want it to stay that way. I'd buy the Japanese DVD's if they weren't so damn expensive. Well, can't do much about it. At least there will be two versions on the DVD's.
